This is a custom listing for the Sunlake Senior Era Shirt - all order must be placed by September 15th. 

Please record the following in the personalization box:

⭐Title for the front (ie: Mom, Dad, Grandma, etc)

⭐Last Name for the back

At checkout make sure to select 'Pick Up' so that you are not charged shipping. You do not have to come and pick up your order, they will be passed out by a fellow Sunlake Senior parent. Please note that these orders will not be fulfilled until towards the end of September.

These shirts are made on a soft, lightweight cotton unisex Soft Style Gildan tee, sizing runs true to unisex sizing. Reference Size Chart in photos.
