We are our so thankful for our Squishy Cheeks customers and we strive to deliver excellent customer service daily. Part of our customer service standards is doing everything possible to ensure your purchase is delivered safely and within a timely manner. Please review our shipping and return policies below.

Processing & Production Time:

Remember, the majority of our products are handcrafted just for you! So we run on a 3-5 business day
Production Time (this does not include the Shipping Time).

Here’ s the average calendar for Production time:
If you order on this day, it will ship by the following:
Monday – the following Thursday
Tuesday - the following Monday
Wednesday - the following Monday
Thursday - the following Tuesday
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - the following Wednesday

We do offer a 2-BusinessDay Rush Production add-on if you need your order to be shipped out sooner.
You can add this to your cart with the remainder of your order.

Shipping:

All items will ship first class mail via USPS or Priority Mail if they are too heavy for first class. The average First Class ship time is 3-5 business days (but please allow for delays during the holidays). At Squishy Cheeks, we are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the Post Office it is no longer under our control. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect yourself in case of damage during shipping or your package gets lost. To purchase, please select the Priority Shipping option at checkout. If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS we are not responsible, nor can we offer a refund. We also cannot provide refunds on delayed packages.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:

*Priority Shipping: selecting the priority shipping upgrade provides insured, 2-3 day shipping (this does not reduce the processing time, only ship time).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International purchases may require additional customs/duty fees and taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 1-3 weeks for international shipping. Rarely international packages will be held up in customs, which will cause an extended ship time. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen international shipping delays. In these circumstances we recommend that the buyer reach out to their local post office for shipping updates. We cannot provide refunds on delayed packages.

Payment and Coupons:

ALL COUPON CODES MUST BE ENTERED AT TIME OF PURCHASE. We will not issue refunds for coupons not entered upon check out. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.We accept Paypal and Direct Checkout for payment. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Once payment is received, the item will ship within 5 business days, unless we have discussed different terms.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Squishy Cheeks we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or money back and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer, unless your item arrives damaged. Items must not be used, and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please use a secure shipping method to return your item, and we will process your return once we receive it. There are no refunds or exchanges on used or washed items. All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved before you send the items back. In regards to exchanges, once we receive your item back we will then ship out your replacement item.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.
Please make sure before ordering you have the correct sizes and colors.

Please Contact Us with your Order # first before making sending in a return or exchange and please make sure to include a copy of your invoice in your return.

Coloration and Garment Tolerance Notice:

Coloration:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please be aware that the actual color might be slightly different then what you see on your screen. Also note, just because items are given the same color description (ie: Pink), does not mean that all ‘Pink’ items will exactly match. Also, note that different materials reflect color different due to their characteristics (ie: lace vs. satin). Please Contact Us if you have any questions in regards to color matching.

Garment Tolerance:
Please note that most of the items in our store have been hand crafted. With hand crafting you must allow for small tolerances in patterns and sizing.

Small Parts Notice:

PLEASE NOTE: Although much care was put into assembling our product to securely attach all parts, many items in our shop contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard for children. Always supervise your children wearing this product and never leave them unattended while around items with small parts.
