WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

Remember, the majority of our products are handcrafted just for you! So we run on a 3-5 business day Production Time (this does not include the Shipping Time).

Here’s the average calendar for Production time:
If you order on this day, it will ship no later than the following:
Monday – the following Monday
Tuesday - the following Tuesday
Wednesday - the following Wednesday
Thursday - the following Thursday
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - the following Friday

We do offer a 2-BusinessDay Rush Production add-on if you need your order to be shipped out sooner. You can add this to your cart with the remainder of your order.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

This timeframe is based on the average ship times. Please note that Squishy Cheeks™ cannot guarantee Shipping Times as these are the responsibility of the Shipping Services:

First Class Domestic: 3-5 business days
Priority Shipping Domestic: 2-3 days
International Shipping: 10-14 days, but sometimes up to 3 weeks. Rarely international packages will be held up in customs, which will cause an extended ship time. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen international shipping delays. In these circumstances we recommend that you reach out to your local post office for shipping updates.

*Please note that we cannot provide refunds on delayed packages*

HOW DO I GET MY ORDER FAST?

If you need your order quickly there are two ways to speed things up:

Production Time – you can add the upgrade for the 2-Business Day Production Rush HERE
Shipping Time – you can upgrade to the 2-3 day Priority Shipping at Check Out.

WHY ISN’T THE TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATING FOR MY ORDER?

Many times the USPS will only track First Class packages when it has left our city (Lutz) and it will track the package once it has hit your city. All tracking in between cities is not logged. Please allow for the standard shipping time for the tracking to update. If it has passed the standard shipping time please CONTACT US with your Order # to notify us of the delay and it might be helpful for you to reach out to your local post office.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

At Squishy Cheeks™ we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or money back. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless your item arrives damaged. Items must not be used, tags attached and must be returned in the original condition they were received in. If items are not in original condition they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please use a secure shipping method to return your item, and we will process your return once we receive it. There are no refunds on used or washed items.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED OR MONOGRAMMED ITEMS.

WHY HASN’T MY ORDER ARRIVED?

If the standard shipping time has passed and your order has not arrived please Contact Us with your Order # and let us know. Sometimes the Shipping Services experiences delays, especially around holidays. In the meanwhile you can contact your local post office to see if they can offer you any further updates on your package. Squishy Cheeks™ will help you try to locate your package, but please note that we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages at the fault of the USPS. We suggest adding Priority Shipping for package insurance in the rare case that your package is lost. All insurance claims on lost packages will be handled through the USPS, not our shop.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?

Most packages are shipped through the United States Post Office using First Class shipping.

Upgrades to Priority Shipping are available at check out.

First Class shipping averages 3-5 business days, includes a tracking number, but there is no insurance or protection if your item is lost or damaged. Priority Shipping averages 2-3 days, includes a tracking number and provides insurance for your package if it is lost or damaged.

Some shipments are available for FedEx.

HOW DO I GIVE YOU THE CUSTOMIZATIONS NEEDED FOR MY ORDER (IE: NAME, COLORS, ETC.)?

Please record all customizations needed for your order in the ‘Personalization; box on the listing.

WHAT IF I FORGOT TO INPUT THE CUSTOMIZATIONS FOR MY ORDER?

If you forgot to input your customizations for your order, pleaseContact Uswith your Order # and with the information as soon as possible. Delays in communicating your order notes can cause delays in the production of your order. If you fail to leave your notes, we will reach out to you in which case you will have 24 hours to reply with the needed information. If we do not get a response from you we will either make the order to the best of our ability or cancel it.

WHAT IF MY RECEIVED PACKAGE IS MISSING AN ITEM?

First, our apologies if this has happened to you!! We have a wonderful shipping team, but in rare instances, mistakes do happen. Please Contact Us with your Order # immediately (within 72 hours) if your package is missing something from your order.

WHAT IF MY RECEIVED PACKAGE HAS A DAMAGED ITEM?

First, our apologies if this has happened to you!! We have a wonderful shipping team that packs everything to best ensure a safe delivery. Please Contact Us with your Order # immediately (within 72 hours) if you find a damaged item within your package. Please note that if the package damage occurred at the responsibility of the USPS, you will only be covered if the package was sent by Priority Shipping and all insurance claims will be run through the USPS.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES FIT?

Please reference our size chart that can be found on every product page. Our sizing will best follow the weight and heights as listed. Please measure your child and then locate their weight and height on the chart and order that size. If your child runs between sizes we suggest ordering a size up to ensure the most comfortable fit. Please make sure to read each item description that you are purchasing for any additional sizing information.

I’VE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER AND MY ADDRESS IS WRONG, HOW DO I CORRECT IT?

Please Contact Us with your Order# immediately if your address is incorrect. If we are not notified of your address change within 12 hours of you placing your order we cannot promise that we will be able to update it, as your order may already be processed. In the case that your order has already been processed and shipped under the incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees that incur in order to get you order package.

If we have to change your address on an existing purchase you forfeit any payment protection provided by PayPal.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of the order being placed, but after 12 hours have passed and the order is being processed we are unable to cancel/refund the order. PleaseContact Uswith your Order # immediately if you need to cancel your order. Make sure to include your Order #.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates are based on where you live, what you are ordering and your shipping method chosen. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

If you have lost your account password you can:

A link to create a new password will be emailed to you.

HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR?

If you are having a hard time finding a product, please use the search bar at the top right hand corner of our page. Our ‘Filter by Color’ field is also very helpful when trying to find items within the same color.

HOW DO I SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?

In your cart make sure the box that says ‘This item is a gift’ is checked. We will not include a receipt with prices in a gift package. Any notes that you would like to be included in your package can be recorded in the box below gift box in the shopping cart.

HOW DO I GET A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?

Please Contact Us to receive further information on our Wholesale Account program. These accounts are for the purpose of large quantity purchase intended for resale.

HOW DO I PURCHASE OR REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

You can purchase a gift card by clicking HERE. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.You can redeem a gift card by entering your gift card code in the box at checkout.

HOW DO I USE A COUPON?

You can redeem a coupon code by entering your code in the box at checkout. ALL COUPON CODES MUST BE ENTERED AT TIME OF PURCHASE, we DO NOT refund for coupon codes after the order has been submitted.
